Terms of Service

Charter Margin is an operations tool for fishing charter operators. By using the app, you are responsible for the accuracy of the trip, supply, expense, maintenance, readiness, and profit information you enter.

Use of the App

You may use Charter Margin to organize charter operations, track supplies and restocks, save expenses, log trips, check profit, and sync records to a Google Sheet you control.

Crew and Helper Access

If crew, helper, or service-provider links are added later, they are intended only for assigned charter work such as readiness checks, maintenance notes, restock runs, and repair updates. You are responsible for sharing links only with people who should receive them.

Google Sync

Google sync is optional. If you connect Google, you authorize Charter Margin to create, read, and update the specific Google Sheet files used with the app.

No Professional Advice

Expense, profit, forecast, and readiness information is provided for operational planning. It is not accounting, legal, tax, or insurance advice.

Availability

The app may change as features are improved. Some previews may use example data until your live services are connected.
