A practical summary of the information OBG Tools receives during inquiries, checkout, setup, account access, and supported product use.

Information you provide

OBG Tools receives information you choose to provide for project inquiries, account access, checkout, setup, support, and connected workflows. This can include business contact information, services, branding, project scope, and the operational details required for an approved build.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, confirm scope, process an approved purchase, build and configure the selected product, support account access, and maintain the agreed service.

Public and private separation

Public website forms and private operating tools are kept separate by product and organization where connected workflows are supported. Private worker, student, member, guardian, or operational records are not intended for public marketing pages.

Important: A public demonstration may use fictional data. It is not a production customer account.

Third-party providers

Approved products may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database functions, payments, or email. The specific providers and connections depend on the purchased scope. OBG Tools does not claim that every demonstration is connected to production providers.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, secret keys, payment-card details, or private customer, student, member, medical, or eligibility records through sales inquiries or initial setup briefs.

Questions and requests

Contact support@obgtools.com with a privacy question or data request. Include the relevant product or project, but do not include secrets.
