- The business or organization name
- The product or page involved
- What you expected to happen
- What happened instead
- A screenshot when it does not expose private information
Never email passwords, secret keys, full payment-card information, or sensitive customer, student, member, guardian, or worker records.
Account, payment, or access issue
Use the email connected to the OBG Tools purchase or account. Include the approximate time of the issue and the selected package, but do not send payment-card details.
Ongoing support scope
Standard monthly service covers hosting/upkeep, bug fixes, platform updates, and small content or configuration help within the purchased scope. Major redesigns, new custom features, or expanded integrations may require a separate scope.
