Account access
Connected production products use provider-backed authentication and server-verified entitlement checks. Browser storage and query strings are not treated as paid-access authority.
Customer and organization separation
Connected service-business data is scoped by owner, business, worker access, and active entitlement. Custom school, league, and club providers remain separate products and require product-specific role and privacy verification before production connection.
Public and private data
Public website projections are separated from private operational records. Worker privacy, student/member roles, and private organization records must not be exposed through public pages or browser-side service credentials.
Third-party providers
Hosting, authentication, databases, payments, or email may be handled by third-party providers when the purchased scope includes them. OBG Tools does not claim an independent security certification, completed audit, or guaranteed uptime.
Exports and recovery
Backup, export, and recovery procedures are maintained as operating checks for connected products. The exact recovery path depends on the product and provider configuration.
