Website & Editor is $600 setup + $40/month. Shop and Service Business are each $1,200 setup + $100/month. Founding-customer discounts apply to both setup and subscriptions. You can send a service request now; sending a request does not take payment or start a subscription.

Standard pricing
Standard setup fees and subscription pricing apply to new customers after the first 25.
Later signups do not reduce an earlier customer’s discount. We’ll confirm your qualifying group, standard price, and discounted total before you commit. A business receives its position when its first setup payment clears. If you own another separate business, we can apply the same founding discount after verifying ownership. Repeating signup for the same business does not create another position.
This offer starts a fresh count for the new plans; existing agreements stay unchanged. A canceled position can be offered again only if that business’s website never launched.

Understanding the price
Know what you’re paying for.
Initial setup
Your proposal identifies the work needed to get started: website design and content, business configuration, and any agreed help organizing your information. We confirm what is included before work begins.
Ongoing subscriptions and services
Your plan’s app access and monthly subscription begin when your website launches. We’ll confirm the included hosting, maintenance, and support in your arrangement. Support requests receive a response by the next business day; a response is not a promise of immediate resolution.
Additional work and connections
Extra pages, custom features, and connected services are discussed as part of the scope. Any separate provider or additional service charges will be identified before you agree to them.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid billing period. You can request one export of available data, with approximately 30 days for export or reactivation. This window does not trigger automatic deletion. Founding customers retain their subscription discount while their subscription stays active. Your written agreement confirms billing start and any changes or reactivation terms. See cancellation and handoff terms.

Before you get started
A few things to know.
Is app access included?
Yes. Website & Editor includes only the editor inside the app or browser. Shop and Service Business include their respective business tools, website editor, and customer accounts. There is no separate app subscription.
Does sending a request subscribe me?
No. A request starts a conversation. It does not take payment, create an app account, or activate a subscription.
Where will I use my tools?
Business operations live in the phone app. Your website editor is available in the app and on the web. Your customers use your business website.
Can I collect online payments?
Service Business includes the choice of accounts only or accounts with payments for the same $100/month standard subscription. Payment-processing fees are separate. Online payment activation is still subject to readiness and provider setup.
