Confirmed project scope
Website, dashboard, school, sports, and membership projects are provided under a confirmed written scope. Setup, monthly service, supported connections, revisions, data imports, custom work, responsibilities, and launch requirements are agreed before launch.
Demonstrations
Guided demos use fictional data and show current product direction. They are not production accounts, customer testimonials, institutional adoption claims, or a promise that every demonstrated workflow is included in every package.
Pricing and payment
The parent website displays approved service-business setup and monthly prices from one pricing model. Custom school, sports, club, and organization work may require a proposal. The selected checkout or written proposal controls the purchased scope.
Customer content and platform components
Customers retain ownership of business names, logos, photos, and content they provide. OBG Tools retains ownership of its platform code, templates, reusable systems, and product components unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Changes, upkeep, and cancellation
Monthly service covers the upkeep described in the selected plan or proposal. Large redesigns, new custom features, major data imports, or expanded integrations may require a new scope. Subscription access and upkeep stop when the applicable account is no longer active.
