Confirmed project scope
The approved launch offers cover the six service-business packages in the current OBG Tools pricing model. Current organization projects are limited to the ClassMargin and existing Cadet/youth foundations unless Xavier approves another scope in writing. Demos use fictional data and do not promise that every demonstrated workflow is included in every package.
Pricing and payment
The written proposal identifies the purchased package and the customer’s locked monthly base price. For website projects, 50% of setup is due to begin and the remaining 50% is due when the website is ready to launch. OBG Tools does not publish until the customer approves the work and the final setup balance is paid. Standard monthly billing begins when the website launches. A validated referral receives a two-week monthly-service trial beginning on the launch date.
Refunds
Before launch, all setup payments remain refundable. If a prelaunch refund is issued, OBG Tools removes the private preview and stops work; the customer receives their original supplied materials but not the configured template, unfinished site, source code, private app, or proprietary design system. The customer keeps ownership of the domain, and the refunded OBG Tools site may not be copied, published, or moved elsewhere.
For a standard customer, the entire setup fee becomes nonrefundable when the website launches.
For a referred customer, the initial 50% becomes nonrefundable at launch. The final 50% remains refundable during the two-week referral trial. If the customer cancels during that trial, OBG Tools keeps the initial 50%, refunds the final 50%, charges no monthly subscription, takes the website offline, and transfers a paid-in-full domain when registrar rules permit. After the trial ends, the entire setup fee is nonrefundable.
OBG Tools remains responsible for correcting defects or missing work included in the signed scope.
Customer content and OBG Tools platform
Customers own their business name, original logos, photos, videos, writing, business information, and their customer and operational records. Customers may edit approved public content. OBG Tools controls and owns the platform code, templates, layout, navigation, colors, typography, motion, structure, publishing system, reusable components, app software, database design, and proprietary logic unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Changes, revisions, and redesigns
Website setup includes one consolidated revision round. New pages, integrations, major rewriting, branding, template changes, and added features require a separately approved quote. A redesign using another existing OBG Tools template costs $250 and includes moving current content, desktop/mobile review, one revision round, and publishing.
Cancellation and handoff
Active monthly service requires 30 days’ notice. Service remains active through the paid period, any unpaid balance remains due, and no prorated partial-month refund is promised. The hosted website goes offline after service ends unless another arrangement is approved. App features, support, publishing, and connected services also end after the paid period.
The customer receives one reasonable data export of available records and practical exportable media when available. Data may be retained for approximately 30 days for export or reactivation before deletion, except where legal, billing, or agreed retention applies. A paid-in-full domain is transferred when registrar rules permit. Exports do not include OBG Tools code, templates, database structure, or platform logic.
